The reason is that printing goes through several machines, and each machine requires setup, which wastes a few prints. Preparing a sample takes a lot of time and effort. Even the file itself often needs adjustments to make it suitable for printing.

What we can assure you is this: if the original file is prepared correctly, the print will also come out correctly.

By designing in Canva, you can enjoy the comfort of ready-made templates, which ensure a certain level of design quality, while also allowing an easy conversion to print-ready files.

Design has advanced with online tools, which we welcome with open arms. However, there are still a few technical challenges when it comes to printing, which remains a rather traditional technology.

Please avoid using PowerPoint or Word for design. These programs are meant for documents, not professional printing.

Printing is complicated process which we mainly depend on customer data. Another common issue is the color variation that happens from RGB to CMYK conversion. To make things short, we are working hard to represent the best printing quality with our professional staff and system. If you find the print is highly important, we recommend you to have sample prints. 

Refund or reprint is not possible unless it is clearly due to our mistake.
