It can be yes or no. When it comes to simple business cards in small quantities, we cannot provide a sample. However, if the quantity is substantially high, then we can provide one.

The reason is that printing goes through several machines, and each machine requires setup, which wastes a few prints. Preparing a sample takes a lot of time and effort. Even the file itself often needs adjustments to make it suitable for printing.

What we can assure you is this: if the original file is prepared correctly, the print will also come out correctly.

Design has advanced with online tools, which we welcome with open arms. However, there are still a few technical challenges when it comes to printing, which remains a rather traditional technology.

Please avoid using PowerPoint or Word for design. These programs are meant for documents, not professional printing.

If you find the print is highly important, we recommend you to have sample prints. 

Refund or reprint is not possible unless it is clearly due to our mistake.
